A&E Pro Painting & Construction LLC provides general contracting work including interior and exterior painting, roofing, remodeling, siding, window installation, flooring, decks, fencing, and drywall for residential and commercial property owners across Junction City, Eugene, Springfield, Albany, Corvallis, Florence, Newport, and the surrounding Willamette Valley and Oregon coast communities.

Services are subject to availability, scheduling, weather, and site conditions. We reserve the right to refuse service for safety or legal reasons at our discretion.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are non-binding unless provided in writing as part of a signed quote or project agreement.

Final pricing may vary based on actual scope of work, materials selected, site conditions discovered during the project, or unforeseen issues that require additional labor or materials. We communicate any material change in scope or cost before proceeding with the affected work.

3. Payments

This website does not collect or process payments. All payments are handled outside the website through methods agreed upon between you and our business.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the project. Failure to pay amounts owed may result in lawful collection actions.

4. Appointments and Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the project site on scheduled work days. Pets and any hazards must be secured before the crew arrives.
